Return & Refund Policy
At KapraMehal, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note the following conditions:
• Returns will not be accepted if the customer simply does not like the article (change of mind, style, or color preference).
• If the delivered item is different from what was originally ordered (wrong design, size, or color), it will be eligible for an exchange only.
• If the item is damaged or defective upon delivery, it will be eligible for an exchange only.
How to Start a Return / Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at kapramehalofficial@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at kapramehalofficial@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
• The wrong item, size, or color was delivered compared to what was ordered, or
• The item received is damaged or defective.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the replacement process.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if a return is approved under eligible conditions.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days after approval.
Please note: The refund amount will be subject to the following deductions:
• Return Shipping Fee: A flat deduction of Rs. 250 will be applied to cover return shipping costs.
• Tax Deduction: A tax amount of 4–5% will be deducted from the refund total as per applicable tax regulations.
The final refund amount you receive will be the item price minus the Rs. 250 return shipping fee and the applicable 4–5% tax deduction.
