A: Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all of Pakistan. You don't need to pay anything in advance. Pay when your order arrives at your door.

Q: Is delivery really free?
A: Yes, delivery is completely free on all orders. No hidden charges, no surprise fees.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We typically deliver within 3 to 5 working days after your order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary slightly by city.

Q: Which cities do you deliver to?
A: We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and many more.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use it to track your parcel on the courier website.

Q: Are these designer-inspired collections?
A: Absolutely! Our collections are inspired by the latest trends from Pakistan's top fashion houses. We bring you the same styles and fabric quality that you'd find at much higher prices โ€” without the brand markup. Fashion for everyone, at honest prices.

Q: What does "Unstitched" mean?
A: Unstitched means the fabric is not stitched/sewn. You will receive the fabric pieces (shirt, trouser, dupatta) and you can get them stitched at any local tailor in your preferred style and size. This is the most popular format for lawn suits in Pakistan.

Q: How many pieces are in a 3PC set?
A: A 3PC (3-piece) set includes: Shirt fabric, Trouser fabric, and Dupatta. Everything you need for a complete suit.

Q: Will the color look the same as in the photos?
A: We take care to photograph our products accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different on different screens. If you have questions about a specific color, feel free to WhatsApp us and we'll share more photos.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order. Please WhatsApp us with photos of the issue at +92 (339) 939-9336.

Q: Can I exchange a product?
A: Yes, exchanges are possible if the item is unused and in original condition. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

Q: What if I change my mind after ordering?
A: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible but you can return it upon delivery. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp to cancel.
